Some Very Surprised New Etsy Shops

Over the weekend, we had a sneak attack hosted by Maria from MyBittyKnacks, and last nite our sneak attack was sponsored by Theresa from Krafty Granny’s Home.

Each sneak attack featured 3 new shops – shops that have recently been opened, with new and exciting creations being available for the Etsy community. And boy did we have fun! And buy! and Share the love by making the shops as well as some of their items our favorites! Perhaps you will find your favorite as I introduce you to these great artisans.

From the weekend sneak attack we have:

Auries Designs featuring journals, greeting cards an so much more! Like this 3 Dimensional Butterfly journal.

Glia Design featuring resin, in rings, earrings and necklaces. Had a hard time picking just one!

The Fabric Find – many in the sneak attack team feel that they never have enough fabric!

From last night’s sneak attack we have:

DR Designs featuring all kinds of handmade jewelry. Custom order your dice earrings – choose your color :D

Squeeze Me Soaps – we all love handmade soap and if you have never tried it, you are in for a treat!

WiM Designs featuring photography, art and greeting cards. How about a card for the upcoming holiday.

The next sneak attack will be this coming Thursday and it is a special one. We will be attacking our 1,000th Etsy shop. It has been our pleasure over the past few years, to surprise new shops and give them a boost in starting their business. You too can help – check out the information about our SPECIAL SNEAK ATTACK at our handmade movement site. COME JOIN THE PARTY!!

If you would like to stop by and chat with us – before the Sneak Attack on Thursday, May 24 – we are here in this thread – all dressed up and ready to party!

A new sponsor teams up with a veteran one to surprise new Etsy shops!

Our sneak attack yesterday was lots of fun. The sponsors were Amanda from Cute n Curly Bowtique and yours truly, Sandi, from Handmade By Sandi

This was Amanda’s first time at sponsoring, and she did a wonderful job – creating great clues and picking some terrific new Etsy shops as her ‘victims’. And we had 3 victims!

The 1st was Natural Soaps by MK – yep handmade soap – we all love this! Won’t this scent wake you up.

The 2nd was Charlemagne Jewelry Adorable jewelry and now I’ve found that there are other sneak attack members who are as obsessed as I am with earrings. Love these with the spiral.

The 3rd was Lammie Pie yarn and jewelry – more obsessions! Which earrings will you choose?

What did you find in these shops that you must have??

We are always having fun in our Sneak Team/Handmade Movement team. Find out more about our mission and how you can join by going to our Handmade Movement site.

Kristen does it again

Kristen from K5Art, one of our frequent sponsors, has done it again, by finding and introducing us to a trio of delightful new Etsy shops! And each one is so different in their creativity. There is something for everyone as you browse through the shops.

The 1st one is Ollies Soaps This soap has got to smell so great – I love Almond Biscottis.

The 2nd one is Sammark cute embellished cards. Adorable birthday card!

The 3rd one is Allison Halkey Photo Really different jewelry holders!

Find your favorite items in each of these shops!

Our mission, in the Handmade Movement/Sneak Team is to introduce the Etsy community to new shops – with the vast number of shop owners joining Etsy every day, it’s easy for someone who is new to get lost in the shuffle. We seek out shops that have little or no sales, have only been in business for a few weeks, and have a number of items to choose from. Be it vintage, hand crafts, or supplies – we want to help these shops get off to a great start!

For more information about how we select shops – check our Handmade Movement Site.
