My Mom, my sister and her husband were recently in Washington DC and visited the National Gallery of Art. In addition to all the regular art that they viewed, there was a special exhibit of license plates.
Bicentennial of the Constitution
This person had custom plates made from every state and DC to complete this tribute – the preamble to the constitution – sort of.
