My neighbor and I went into a nearby city – to have my truck checked for a recall, and we decided to make a day of it. We sat for about an hour – which wasn’t too bad, and then went to Michael’s to see what they had. I bought 2 beautiful skeins of wool yarn by Patons that I hadn’t seen before. I think they will make marvelous felted bowls.
This one is called Rosewood – different colors of rose, and wood
And this one is called Bird of Paradise – green, blue, purple, rose – yummy looking
We then went to the mall across the street – I had a watch that needed fixing. We kind of wandered around, but neither of us was in a buying mood. We had lunch in a new Mexican restaurant, then went to Joannes to browse.
Our final stop was the Sports Authority. I had been looking online for an exercise bike – had seen this one that looked like a good brand and model -
So I sat on it, pedaled for awhile and was amazed at how quiet it was! It was easy to work, and I was sold.
Now I’m home and we had yet to put it together (I should say my DH – he doesn’t want me to help ) and decide where we will have it.
and of course my kitten had to get in the act!
I’ll let you know when I’ve got it put together (haha my DH) and where I’m going to have it so that I can ride…
I might even let you know my progress. I’m excited!!

That was a great shopping trip. I keep trying to exercise, but crafting gets in my way.
Love the yarn.

I’m liking the pink yarn. It’s surprising how small the exercise bike looks in it’s package!
I always make sure that i get an exercise each day, exercise keeps me fit and healthy.-:,
