I love to drink tea, cold or hot! Always have. Most of the time, it’s caffeine free, so that I can drink it all day.
Last year, I thought about selling tea, tea pots, etc on my website, Sandi’s T’s. I even started putting free samples of tea in packages that I was mailing to my customers. And everyone was excited not only about the free samples but about the direction I was taking my website.
Then, a couple of things happened. I could not find a reputable company that would drop ship the tea pots. I don’t have a very big home, and no room to store an inventory of tea pots.
Also, hubby started thinking about the tea, and said it was probably not a good idea for me to sell products that people ingest, as if anything happened when they drank the tea, we could be sued. Even if I was using a reliable company to supply the tea. Sigh…
When I was looking at the tea pots – I even bought one to see how I would like it, and to be honest with you, I’ve never used it. It’s still sitting in the kitchen cupboard.
But I still like the idea of selling something that is tea related.
One of the companies I deal with, Popular Creations, sells tea bag holders. They are adorable. And you know, I use one all the time. Ok, so I boil water in the microwave to make a cup of tea. But I am so frugal, I like to use the tea bag at least twice – but oh, where do I put it? On the sink, on a plate, on a spoon rest! NOT – on a cute tea bag holder! They are ceramic, and so affordable, you can purchase several to give as gifts!
And they look like tea pots – what could be better!

Pick your favorite!
As a note: I still would love to sell tea pots, but only if the company will drop ship for me!
