Ever since I started joining in on the Sneak Attacks, I’ve met the friendliest people. And very talented too!

Most weeks I get one or 2 packages in the mail, from something I purchased during one of our sneak attacks, or from one of the members of our team. My DH always looks at me, as if to say, where’s mine? HaHa

Today, I received a package in the mail. It was a brown envelope and heavy – and I thought, hmmm what did I buy that would be that heavy?

I looked at the return address, and it was from my friend Kirby at Happy Hound Creative. Ah, the special cards that I ordered, that say Congratulations on them.

I host a contest on my website Sandi’s T’s, every 30 days (mid month to mid month) and wanted a special card to send to the winner along with their prize. Just an extra little touch.

So I opened the brown envelope. And…. I found this delightful fabric bag, complete with a ribbon tie

Inside the fabric bag was another package… pretty purple tissue paper with ribbon and a card.

Had to open the card first… recognized this one, a thank you card made by Joy from The Art Of Joy I have some thank you stickers from Joy.

Now I carefully unwrapped the purple tissue paper and ribbon for later use, and voila – my Congratulations cards…

I ordered 12, and each one is different! Kirby you have outdone yourself!!

Two things I noticed right away. The insides are white, so I can use almost any color ink to write my message, and the envelopes are bigger than the cards so I don’t have to fight to slide the cards in! WoooHooo

Last nites sneak attack was a very special one. Besides myself, Linda from Engelfelt and Joy from co-sponsored the event! We had a lot of fun choosing which shops were going to be ‘Attacked’.

So, we decided on 3 shops and they were great. Everyone was surprised that they were being ‘attacked’ which basically means we bought things from their shops as a way of helping them out!

The first shop was Resinpop This gal makes the most delightful scrabble pendants and resin pendants. The one I’ve included is a favorite of one of our ‘Sneakers’ as she loves elephants.

The 2nd shop was Heart of Fiber Delightful felted scarves, eyeglass holders and more!

I managed to purchase this, before someone else grabbed it! It’s a tissue holder and so adorable looking!

The 3rd shop was Falling Coconuts A delightful array of greeting cards. I couldn’t resist – I bought 2. The first one is for my DH, he watches all the shows on tv about bears and the 2nd one is great for a birthday card.

Fun was had by all last nite! Be sure to join us next time.

One of the shops that I have ‘Hearted’ in Etsy is Doodle Bea Cards

Now I fell in love with this Birthday Card – as I’m very partial to cats!

Not only do they make such adorable cards, but how about a cute little notebook that you can keep in your purse when you are out shopping – jot down something that you think Aunt Jane would love. These little notebooks are called Matchbooks – what a novel idea!

And because today is Veterans Day – I’m including a very patriotic card that is carried in this shop.
