This morning, as I was driving back from my doctor appt that I had in Norfolk (about an hour away), the traffic was light and while I should be paying strict attention to my driving, my thoughts tended to wander. And to be honest, now that I’m home, I don’t remember what I was thinking about that [...] Quite a title! 1 1/2 years ago, I wrote about the trouble with chin hairs. Recently, I went on vacation to Jamaica with my oldest daughter. We were at a Sandals Resort. In the bathroom, I discovered a mirror that I just had to have! It was mounted on the wall, had lighting, a magnifying mirror and [...] I’m still struggling with when I want to write about my favorite shops. So far I’ve been doing it on Wednesdays – but I seem to have a lot to write about on that day. I really need to make a better schedule. I don’t want you inundated with posts on the same day – even [...] Good morning – I’ve been up since 11:30pm. I went to bed at 9pm, fell asleep right away, and then at 11:30 woke up with a fierce cramp in my foot. Got up, walked it off, then went back to bed. No sleep. Lay awake for 2 hours before I decided to get up. Haven’t had one [...] I don’t usually stay up very late, but DH was out hunting last nite – and I noticed that Mamma Mia was going to be on HBO at 7:30pm – that would put it done at about 9:30 – and DH was not due back before then – so ok, I’m ready!! My girl friend and I [...] My birthday was over a month ago – actually on May 3rd, and I turned 63. I’ve often pondered about my birthday – what I like about it, what I don’t, that I thought I’d let you in on a little secret. You are only as old as you feel. I’m sure you’ve heard that before – [...] Day 3 began as all the other days has, with me getting up earlier than I should. This time, I woke at 6, went back to sleep and got up at 7. Ok, so that’s not early, however, we didn’t get back to the hotel until 11 again last nite – and it takes me a [...] Why is it, that when you have a ton of things to do – something goes wrong?? The last couple of nites, I woke up too early, and couldn’t get back to sleep. 2 nites in a row like that, then I really start to drag.
