Going Home – at last

Both Mom and I have enjoyed our visit in New York. We’ve been able to see my brother and his family – and for me that has been several years. But I’m looking forward to going home.

The morning was chilly – but we were bundled up in the hotel room, with the thermostat about 75. It never registered the real temp, and often I sleep in my bathrobe, as the blanket on the bed is very thin. Mom has 2 blankets on the sofa bed – we requested an extra one.
