We always send out a notice 30 days before your birthday, including the gift certificate code. If you do not receive that email, it's probably because you have used an incorrect email address. You have used an email address that you created just for the birthday club, and you don't check it very often. Or your email provider thought our email was spam and deleted it before it got to you. If any of the above sounds like what has happened, you can email us at
and provide us with additional information, such as your phone number, another email address, or a mailing address that we can use to send the gift certificate to you.

†If your birthday is within 30 days of joining Sandi's T's Birthday Club, you may not receive the Birthday Club E-mail gift certificate until your next birthday.
