This special application of the Gala and Halloween Gala valance fits over an existing lampshade, to coordinate with Gala or Halloween Gala valances used as window treatments or mantle scarves. The topper is packaged with decorative ribbon for a neat fit around the top of the shade, and the fringe is easily trimmed to the desired length.
