Q. Are the t-shirts 100% cotton?
A. We use both Hanes Beefy T and Jerzees and both are 100% cotton.

Q. What brand of sweatshirt do you use?
A. Based on color availability, we use Jerzees or Lee 50/50 Cotton/Polyester.

Q. Are the t-shirts pre-shrunk?
A. Yes, the Hanes Beefy T that we use come preshrunk.

Q. Do you pre-wash the shirts?
A. Each shirt is washed prior to creating the design.

Q. Any special instructions for washing my shirt?
A. Wash your shirt inside out in cool/lukewarm water. We prefer not to dry our custom designed shirts in the dryer. Hang your shirt to dry. If you use the dryer - fluff on air only. Any shirts with paint/jewels should be hung to dry.

Q. What happens when I wash the shirt? Will it fray?
A. The t-shirt/sweatshirt fabric itself will start to curl open. The more you wash it, the more it will curl open and show more of the fabric underneath.

A. No, we pre-wash the fabric before it is used on a shirt.

A. within 3 weeks after your credit card is verified. Each design is handcrafted after you place your order.
